According to the LGPD, the following are considered sensitive personal data: data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a trade union or of an organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data concerning health or sex life, and genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.

In the cases above, it will be our responsibility to properly select the legal bases consistent with the purposes set out in this Policy, to make decisions regarding the nature and period of data storage, and to respond directly to data subjects' requests concerning the rights provided for in the LGPD.
On the other hand, in the course of our relationship with our customers, if personal data is processed in the context of providing our services, and such data is in fact under our custody, we will act solely as data processors.
This means that, in this context, our customers, as personal data controllers, will be exclusively responsible for decisions regarding the essential elements of the processing, such as collection, for example, as well as for responding to data subjects' requests and defining the appropriate legal basis for each flow involving personal data. Therefore, in this case, the Privacy Policy of that specific customer applies.
